Review application code and de-bug applications with errors.
Log support incidents on the service management system.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a strong solution-oriented individual who is able to build relationships with colleagues and customers in a professional manager and deliver excellent standards of service. You will be confident providing support for eCommerce sites and have a strong technical background.
What you’ll get in return
Up to Â£30,000 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a flexible working environment.
