Role profile

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor services against contracted Service Level Agreement metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure timely management of incidents, problems and service requests
  • Lead, manage and motivate technical team to resolve issues
  • Build and produce accurate service reports
  • Facilitate monthly service reviews with customer
  • Present monthly project updates to internal senior management
  • Successfully prioritise issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify service delivery risks and apply mitigation actions
  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented, maintained and implemented
  • Work with the customer and internal teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
  • Submit financial forecasts, manage revenues and costs within agreed budgets
  • Available to travel around UAE for meetings

Seeking an individual with the following attributes:

  • Delivery focused service delivery manager
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the environment
  • Positive, self-motivated and flexible
  • Highly organised and good time management skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal English)
  • Ability to articulate issues and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Desirable to have:

  • ITIL v4 Foundation level certification or higher
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent APM qualification
  • Prior experience of service delivery management in the UAE
