The Senior Service Catalogue Analyst supports the day-to-day operational execution of the IT Service Catalogue which is used by more than 20,000 internal users. They will contribute towards the demand planning for the catalogue team and manage their assigned workload with targets and delivery dates.
They will act as a Subject Matter Expert when engaging with stakeholders and suppliers and offer advice, assistance, and signpost to appropriate artefacts to resolve issues. They will contribute towards the lifecycle of the Service Catalogue and may be assigned to work alongside Project teams to deliver catalogue offerings through the Transition phase.
Strong knowledge of how workflow design is built in ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ITSM, and ServiceNow as a tool
Experience of Service Catalogue Analysis
Experience around Testing of a Service Catalogue
