Working for a leading outdoor accessories brand you will be processing customer returns and dealing with customer enquires relating to returned goods.
Your new role
Delivering a quick response to returns related inquiries, via email and phone
Processing customer returns within the system (returns and exchanges)
Good organisation of returns paperwork, within GDPR guidelines.
Keeping returns log up to date so that other users can see the live status.
Investigating and resolving issues relating to returns or exchanged products.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by the Consumer Operations Department.

Confident with systems input/admin
Resilient and calm under pressure
A quick learner who can work autonomously, when required
Proficient in using Excel
A confident phone manner
