This leading City insurance firm is looking to hire a versatile lawyer to work closely with a highly respected partner on a broad range of work including general commercial disputes, product and property liability, together with claims arising from financial crime, cladding and the recovery of assets. You will represent major insurers, advising on a broad range of liability and coverage disputes, as well as recovery claims against third parties. You will also be involved in cyber and data protection matters, advising both insurers and corporate entities on a wide range of cyber risk matters including incident response as well as third party liability and damage to property and business interruption caused by cyber related incidents.
