Aimed at highly motivated and ambitious individual eager to be a part of a world leader within the aerospace and defence industry, this scheme is geared towards supporting the accelerated career development of graduates who wish to play an instrumental role in project management of the next generation of civil and military aircraft.
The role is based at Wolverhampton, and this is the home of Actuation Systems at Collins Aerospace. Actuation Systems are the leading experts in fly-by-wire, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuation design, Collins Aerospace offers a complete line of actuation products that enhance aircraft performance and reduce pilot workload.
We are looking to recruit a small number of high calibre graduates who can support Actuation Systems with the effective planning and execution of Project Management right across the lifecycle. We believe in the power of intelligence and partnership to guide us into the next era of flight making the skies and spaces we touch smarter and safer than ever.

We recognise that your development is key for you to fulfil your potential in the world of work. That’s why we’ve created a programme that will support your learning to deliver real business value.
You will participate in a comprehensive personal development process across the three years. And if that is not enough, you will be given an opportunity to commence the journey towards becoming a Project Professional (PPQ).
By the end of the programme, having completed your Graduate Rotation and Functional training, you will have gained an effective understanding of Collins Aerospace’s business strategies and processes and developed the skills, knowledge, and experience to help us to continue to redefine Aerospace.
Please note, as a Graduate Project Manager you may be required to work at alternative sites which are away from the base location (Wolverhampton) – In this instance all travel expenses will be covered.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for the best graduates who have the following attributes:

  • Graduates in any discipline who have completed their first degree with a minimum of a 2:1 or MSc/MA (Or Equivalent) with a minimum of a 2:1.
  • Hold English and Maths GCSE to a minimum grade C or above
