Manager – International Financial Outsourcing

Your new company works majority with technology clients, including cyber and fintech clients. Your new role
Your new role will be to manage the day to day running of the outsourcing team, alongside looking after your own portfolio of clients. Your new role will include (but not limited to):

• Responsibility of looking after the outsourcing team, including onboarding processes, training and development and study support
• Full review of monthly management accounts
• Review of VAT returns
• Supervision of senior members of the team
• Managing the onboarding process for new clients
• Being the main point of contact for clients, ensuring you are providing an exceptional service

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is desirable that you:

• Are ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Have experience working within an outsourcing team
• Have strong experience of reviewing management accounts
• Have strong knowledge of VAT
• Have sound experience using cloud accounting software
• Can lead a team to work to deadlines, whilst offering clients an exceptional service
• Are able to communicate effectively with both clients and your team
• Are able to show depth of technical and professional standards, with an analytical approach and good attention to detail
