Your new organisation is a small company which is part of a larger global platform provider of trusted Cybersecurity and Compliance solutions and services with Finance and Sales teams located within heart of Cardiff. They are growing rapidly and have already deployed their service in 6 data centres around the globe with more to follow.
Your new role
Your role will be interesting and varied with most of your duties involving the management of day-to-day finance functions and supervising two part-time sales ledger assistants (based in Buckinghamshire). Additional duties will include: Production of monthly management accounts; dealing with the year-end account and liaising with UK auditors; cash flow management ; process payroll & expenses and provide occasional support to the central HR Team; production & maintenance of finance leasing schedule; reconciliation of bank and processing purchase ledger payments and improve and optimise current business process with the aim of automating any existing as well new processes’.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience managing a small Finance department and processing payroll. Candidate must be proficient with standard Microsoft PC applications and preferably with experience with SAP B1.
What you’ll get in return
This is a 6-month contract with potential to go permanent with a competitive rate of circa £25 per hour (dependent on experience). The role will be 37.5 hours a week and is mainly remote with only some occasional travel required to the Buckinghamshire office and meetings with the Cardiff team.
