Working for a leading public sector organisation based in a beautiful part of West Wales with an abundance of beaches, coastal paths and visitor attractions.

Your new role

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will work with the client to provide the day to day support on their Data Centre systems and to support the implementations of new systems and technologies.
You will be required to work as part of Digital Services team who provide day to day operational support to the Health Board and work on a range of projects. Therefore any exposure to ITIL based best practices and PRINCE2 would be advantageous.

You will also have the opportunity to work on site and remotely, with a minimum of 2 days on site.

What you’ll need to succeed

Educated to degree standard with evidence of professional development the you will require technical skills in the following areas:-

– Server Hardware Systems (Cisco UCS)
– Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems
– VMWARE vSphere v6.5, NSX-T
– Storage Area Networks
– Microsoft SQL Databases
– Microsoft Server based operating systems
– Networking Services such as DNS, DHCP and web servers
– Cyber Security
-Microsoft Azure
-Microsoft Exchange online
