Your new role

• Be responsible for matching Academy graduates to roles within the industry by using industry engagement and regular skill shortage gap analysis.
• Use your expertise of recruitment to give advice and guidance to graduates and support them in their full recruitment cycle.
• Provide a seamless recruitment journey for both the candidate and the hiring manager
• Organise networking events to give Academy Graduates the chance to meet hiring managers and professionals in a more casual setting.
• Negotiate and agree SLA and T&Cs to place Academy students in relevant roles

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment
• Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
• Proven track record with networking and industry engagement.
• Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
• Hardworking, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
