Endpoint Engineer (Change)

You will be working for one biggest consultancy firms specialising in the design & development of advanced information technology including AI, cloud & enterprise Software.

Your new role:

You will be working as an End Point Engineer and you must have the following technical skills:

• Be familiar with Endpoint Protection systems, with an On-premises and Cloud deployment.
• Strong knowledge of security and network architectures in relation to deploying security systems in an Enterprise network environment, so an understanding of Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxies, and the requirements for the traversal of traffic through these appliances and security systems.
• Experience of Agent deployment to various desktop and Server environments.
• Experienced in EPP Policy and Exclusion configuration and Device Groups and file type setup.
• Understanding of EndPoint Protection platforms (EPP) and methods to collaborate with Cyber Operations team on best practice detection and prevention configuration setup.
• Knowledge and experience working with other tech teams to integrate system feeds/logs through to SIEM platforms and integration experience with IAM and other Threat tooling systems.
• Documentation skills to provide high quality documentation for internal customers and technical support teams.
• Openness to learning and managing additional Information Security technologies as business requirements change.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, AWS, Azure and SaaS based security solutions.
• Basic/Intermediate level of scripting/coding ability e.g., python, PowerShell, etc and
• experience working with and supporting Linux/Unix and windows server platforms
