Right now, we require a Cyber Security and Digital Forensic Consultant to join our Cyber Investigative Response team to serve as a tactical arm of the team, conducting live incident response, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and other IT investigative work.
Your new role
You will be joining a growing team of specialists and take a lead on responding to complex cyber security incidents in order to investigate, contain, remediate and help our clients recover from security incidents. Working in a pan-European role, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced consultant to take on a senior position within a growing department. You will work on a wide variety of engagements including incident response, O365 breaches, malware and ransomware attacks, digital forensics, PFI and corporate data breach investigations. You will also have the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in the wider organisation, assisting in the continued growth of other business areas such as security consultancy, penetration testing and training delivery.
What youâ€™ll need to succeed
Your in depth experience in the tools, techniques, and methodologies surrounding incident response, computer forensics, industrial control; systems, IoT, and eDiscovery will lead to your success. You will have significant experience conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and ethical hacking and have a background in evidentiary procedures, volatile criminal/civil situations, fraud analysis and IR fundamentals. The successful candidate will have an understanding of information security; network architecture; general database concepts; document management; hardware & software troubleshooting and computer forensic tools such as EnCase and FTK. You will ideally hold a PCI QSA/QIRA or GCFA certification, or have the ability to successfully achieve one within the first 6 months of the contract.
