Commercial Account Representative (CSR)

Account Management

  • Identification and management of exchange units to ensure maximum adherence to contractual requirements and internal OTD requirements
  • Ensure business systems are updated with latest updates and hold flags are used in accordance with relevant standard work

PO Loading and Contract Review

  • Contractual understanding and adherence to Contractual Requirements
  • Review of Customer Purchase Orders in accordance with contractual requirements and internal standard work
  • Loading of PO’s on to internal systems
  • Generation of relevant work order/repair cards or purchase orders to allow the relevant MRO to start work on the unit
  • MK Denial Screening and CMD requests for new customers or customer amendment requests
  • Ensure business systems are updated with latest updates and hold flags are used in accordance with relevant standard work
  • Raising of sub con purchase orders

Customer Quoting/Pricing

  • Customer quotations to be issued to the customer in accordance with relevant contract pricing and/or in accordance with internal standard work
  • Ensure business systems are updated with latest updates and hold flags are used in accordance with relevant standard work
  • Invoice/Billing should be generated in accordance with customer issued quotations
  • Invoice disputes ad queries should be reviewed and credits/debits generated.

These activities should be completed in line with agreed departmental and customer requirements with full compliance to departmental standard work.
