Cloud Security Architect (Azure C# .Net) Reigate / WFH to £115k

Do you have Azure expertise and a strong knowledge of cloud security?

You could be progressing your career in a senior role at a global FinTech; you’ll be working on complex and interesting systems and making a real impact whilst remaining hands on with technology.

As a Cloud Security Architect you’ll partner with the Head of Architecture and Chief Information Security Officer to define standards and processes and collaborate with Software Architects and Engineers to ensure these are adhered to.

You’ll work with Software Engineers to assess existing software architectures and define strategies that provide clear progression in improving security of the solutions. You’ll pro-actively lead and participate in security review sessions such as threat modelling, penetration testing and code reviews and provide recommendations and advice on security best practice.

WFH Policy:

There’s a hybrid work from model, you can work from most of the week, meeting up with colleagues in Reigate twice a week in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there’s a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

• You have experience as a of designing and architecting security architecture and standards
• You have experience of reviewing and recommending security measures for enterprise SaaS applications using industry standard frameworks and techniques, including managing threat modelling reviews and penetration testing
• You’re experienced with Cloud application security and have a strong knowledge of Azure
• You have a software engineering background with the Microsoft technology stack including C# .Net, SQL, RESTful APIs
• You have a good understanding of Iac / DevOps environments, familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• You’re a confident and pragmatic communicator, able to achieve buy-in and influence others
