Cloud Security Architect

Your new company
You will be joining an award winning, global and prestigious Law Firm based out of America. This company has over 30,000 end users and is currently financing a migration from all legacy systems to the cloud. The company has been expanding rapidly in recent years and their tech team has grown and improved with it, with a team of 40 employed in their Belfast security team alone. With the sheer size and funding, you will be working in a cutting-edge workplace, dealing with new and exciting technologies.

Your new role
This exciting new role will have you co-ordinating all security aspects of the companies enterprise level cloud migration. You will be working on all the engineering challenges that come with a migration to the Azure cloud space from a security standpoint. This role will further develop to incorporate other Cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS and will ultimately have you overseeing SOC and Pen-testing teams as the migrations come to an end. You will be the highest escalation for all cloud security issues and you will act as a voice to the CISO on best practices to be implemented

What you’ll need to succeed
For this role, you will have both extensive cloud and extensive security experience. Azure security is a must for this role, and you must have handled a cloud migration in the past in some capacity. The role requires someone who has in depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, scripting and incident handling. Exposure to AWS or GCP is desirable however is not essential, but you will have familiarity with cloud automation technology such as Pivotal, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker or Kubernetes. For this role, you will be an expert in Microsoft Cloud technologies and the attached security measures.
