This is great job for someone who has experience of reporting, analysis and providing insight and wants to use their skills to drive the delivery of the CIO Priorities and performance across the CIO organisation.
A bit about the job:
Within our CIO Transformation team, this role exists to drive the shared services costs and service discussions between CIO Service Owners (Service Suppliers) and the Market/Function CIO’s (Service Buyers). Working with colleagues in the team and stakeholders across CIO you will define, implement and execute performance metrics and processes – keeping it efficient and effective through purpose and collaboration. You will be able to gather data, analyse and report on it providing recommendations for action to the Head of CIO Portfolio and Strategic Priorities.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring materials are clear, concise and drive action
- Production and presentation of MI for accountable executives and Cost & Service review forum
- Great stakeholder management and collaboration including experience of working with senior stakeholders, ability to constructively challenge and influence.
- Facilitate the review of Shared Services Costs and Services between CIO Service Owners (Service Suppliers) and Market CIO’s (Service Buyers). Understanding of IT Financial management and planning (not essential)
- Experience of working in CIO and an understanding of IT Delivery and Operational Services. Excellent analytical skills and experience of working with complex datasets

- Starting salary between £50,000 and £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
