Your new role working as a Broker support Technician means you will be working for an International Lloyds Broker based in the heart of the City of London who were established over 10 years ago. They specialise in working with regional and international broker-clients, MGAs and insurance agents. Due to an expansion within their technical team, a opportunity for a Broker Support Technician role has arisen.

Your new role
Your new role working as a Broker support Technician means you will be responsible for processing and supporting brokers in business production. You will be working with the directors of the business in a full 360 role, offering exposure of Lloyd’s of London, UK, European & international clients. Some of your responsibilities will include producing ad-hoc reports to analyse performance to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiencies, assisting brokers in completing client presentations as well as producing quotation, mid-term adjustment and endorsement docs. You will also assist running renewal reports and client letters and support the international growth of the company, across Europe and North America

What you will need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a support role on a technical bases, will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will be CERT CII qualified or wanting to work towards. You will be driven, enthusiastic and a team player. Ideally you will have experience with the relevant classes of business: Medical Malpractice, PI, FI D&O and Cyber. You will hopefully have an understanding of Lloyd’s placements, slip production and Xchanging reconciliation, PPL / trouble shooting.
