We have an exciting opportunity for an APAC & EMEA Digital Infrastructure Associate Director. Primarily leading an architect, and a compliance & cybersecurity lead, the candidate will assist the APAC & EMEA Digital Infrastructure Director, responsible for the execution and delivery of all Digital Infrastructure services in the APAC & EMEA regions.

Part of a matrix team of 40 in APAC & EMEA, the Digital Technology (DT) Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Associate Director will be responsible for assisting the DT Infrastructure Director with the execution and delivery of all DT Infrastructure services in the APAC and EMEA regions ensuring compliant, secure and stable DT operations & project delivery. The position includes leadership and oversight activities to support DT infrastructure and other technology systems. The position requires excellent project management and technical skills, knowledge of DT policies and standards, Cybersecurity experience and experience interfacing with multiple stakeholders. This person must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a highly matrixed context. This person must have excellent communication skills, organizational, and project documentation skills. This includes responsibility for strategic and operational communications to business unit, escalation for service delivery issues, leading DT compliance and security, driving the International infrastructure Compliance & Cybersecurity technological roadmap in alignment with global initiatives and teams.

Initially leads a matrix team of 2 (architect, compliance & cyber risks), in partnership with the service excellence, desktop engineering, applications and regional delivery teams, to provide a secure, compliant, robust, reliable, scalable and efficient infrastructure and will direct infrastructure support strategy and operations. This role has the potential to grow into all areas of DT Infrastructure.

Significant increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects in a corporate, geopolitically diverse and highly regulated environment. Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes. Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of staff. Bachelor’s or above degree required.
